What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and liners attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and items marked as final sale are not returnable. Please try on items over underwear; returns showing signs of wear will be declined.
A $21 return shipping fee applies for refunds to the original payment method.
To start a return, contact us at support@auxieswear.com. Returns must be approved before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For more details visit our page Return & Refund Policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Underwear and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) and delivered in 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. However, for customers in Morocco, all taxes and duties are included no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free. Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment using that link at any time. You can also track your order by logging into your store account on our website HERE.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us at support@auxieswear.com as soon as possible.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please email support@auxieswear.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To switch sizes or styles please contact support@auxieswear.com
How do I know what size to order?

Auxieswear is based in Morocco and ships to customers around the world.
Are your products sustainable or eco-friendly?
Yes, many of our products are designed with sustainability in mind. We use advanced seamless knitting technology in most of our shapewear. This method significantly reduces textile waste by producing garments in one piece, using yarn only where needed.
Seamless production also requires less energy, fewer machines, and fewer finishing steps, making it more efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional cut-and-sew methods.
Additionally, some of our styles are made with certified recycled yarns, helping to reduce our environmental footprint without compromising on performance, comfort, or durability.
Will seamless shapewear stretch out over time?
No, our high-performance yarns maintain elasticity even with repeated wear.
Is it breathable for warm weather?
Yes, seamless fabric allows airflow, making it comfortable even in heat.
